We have extensive experience in all aspects of construction law, including school construction, payment and performance bond issues, as well as construction related disputes.
Our attorneys also provide advice and counsel to school districts and charter school managers on a regular basis on student issues such as student discipline, free speech rights, religion in schools, graduation, drug testing, athletic eligibility, child protection laws, bullying/harassment, hazing, searches, and other related matters. Our attorneys will draft and review student handbooks, student codes of conduct, and district/charter school policies and procedures relative to these issues.
